Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had the most beautiful and comfortable rooms we experienced during our two-week trip. The staff tried to convince us to take a different room than the one we reserved online, but overall, the service was excellent and credit to the hotel. The location was great, with direct access from a nice beach area to the Dead Sea. The dining experience was superb, offering a good mix of warm and cold foods. The hotel facilities were top-notch, making the stay enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I purchased was very big, but it took a long time to flush for the next round despite me informing the hotel in advance. The service, although generally helpful and kind, had some issues like trying to stop us from wandering out of the hotel beach area. The location was overall amazing with superb pool facilities, but there were unpleasant smells like a herd of sheep and goats which made me uncomfortable. The dining experience was good, catering to local and international tastes, but there were some delays. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, complete with free snacks, water, and juice in the mini-bar. However, the decor felt a bit outdated. The service was impeccable, with upgrades and professional assistance, although communication was a bit challenging due to mask usage. The location was wonderful, offering a unique experience with excellent swimming pools and easy access to the Dead Sea, but friendliness could be improved. The dining experience was good but lacked variety for longer stays. Overall, a great value for money with some exceptional features.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The glorious sea side room facing the swimming pool was a dream come true. The service was exceptional, especially Ms. Farah on guest relations who treated us like family. The location exceeded all expectations with wonderful views and incredible treatment by the GM and staff. The dining options were diverse and of great quality. A truly memorable stay!
The hotel offers decently big, clean rooms but starting to look careworn, especially for the price. The service is friendly enough, although a bit pushy with surveys. The location is fantastic, right in front of the Dead Sea with private beach access. Dining is good but beware of high prices for alcoholic drinks. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel had nice and spacious rooms with amenities like a dryer and free soft drinks in the fridge, but the room was untidy, making it hard to sleep. It offered a partial sea view and had character, though slightly small. The service was great overall, except for some communication challenges. The location was convenient with easy access to the Dead Sea and nearby restaurants, but there were issues with loud music nearby. The dining options were limited but varied, although the atmosphere was lacking. The facilities were satisfactory, but lacking some common features found in 5-star hotels.
The hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay with very kind and helpful staff. However, there are some issues like tired-looking rooms, poor plumbing, and bad air conditioning.
The hotel had a great sea and pool view, but the rooms were untidy, full of flies, and with poor cleanliness. The check-in process was frustrating, and the massage service was fully booked for two days. The service, however, was attentive and professional, with a standout performance from Ahmad Arabi at the reception. The location was nice, close to the Dead Sea, though there were issues with flies and stray cats. The dining experience offered good options but had high prices for alcoholic drinks. The facilities were satisfactory with a variety of pools and leisure areas.
The hotel had clean rooms that were a good size, but a little outdated for the rate they are asking. Service was friendly, but attempting to copy my credit card was not ideal. The location was family-friendly and quiet, great for exploring the Dead Sea. The dining options were diverse, although a bit of an apology. Overall, the hotel has potential with some drawbacks.
